This website has been created by a group of Danville and Diablo residents in response to SummerHill Homes’ proposed development of Magee ranch in Danville, California.
It is our goal to make sure that our neighbors are fully aware of SummerHill’s plans because we believe that this development will have a serious impact to Danville and Diablo residents...and not just those that live and commute along Blackhawk Road, Diablo Road, El Cerro Boulevard, McCauley Road and Green Valley Road. Ultimately, any resident who appreciates and enjoys Danville's existing countryside, wildlife and quality of life needs to know about the ramifications of this development.
We hope that you find the information on these pages useful and we encourage you to seek out additional resources (such as those provided on "The Development" page) as you form your own opinion regarding this project.

BREAKING NEWS:
The Tuesday April 23rd Planning Commission Hearing was a small success for Save Our Creek as the Planning Commission decided to ask that more information be developed in a number of areas. For a full description of the night’s events, please visit SOS Danville.
Note the Planning Commission will likely vote at its next meeting (on Tuesday, May 14th) on whether or not to recommend to the Town Council that they approve the SummerHill Homes project. Please attend this meeting, which will take place on May 14th at the Danville Community Center at 7:30 p.m.
